Blue Candle
Mortar and Pestle
Carrier Oil
Athame or Toothpick
A spell for if you are feeling run down or down in the dumps.

Comfrey is one of those herbs that I hear mentioned all the time but I never actually looked into myself. Looks like it’s time to change that!
