Hello, I’m Destinee. I’m not new here but I have had to make a new account because its been a while since I have been on here and I have missed it to be honest. So I am happy to be back.
Welcome back!
Happy to have you back, @destinee! I’m fairly new here, so Merry Meet!
I’m Feathertip, from SE Michigan - looks like we’re neighbors.
Hi @destinee, I’m Dan. Welcome back!
Merry meet again @destinee and welcome back!
Hi @destinee! Welcome back.
Columbus was beautiful when I was there back in the early 1990’s. Does Kahiki restaurant still exist? I got to see Ameriflora and the visit of the Santa Maria. What a tiny ship to sail halfway around the world!
Please feel free to join in any conversation which interests you!
Merry Meet @destinee ! I’m from Minnesota and have been practicing many aspects of the craft for 35+ years. I currently work with voodoo and divination and I’m studying Enochian Magick.
Blessings
Welcome back @destinee,
Make yourself at home again! I’m looking forward to seeing you around the forum
Blessed be!
Howdy neighbor! I’m currently living in Springfield, OH, but lived in Cbus while I was going to OSU!
@georgia Unfortunately, Kahiki is closed I never got an opportunity to go, but my parents (my entire family is from Cbus) talk about it all the time!
Oh, you missed something Amazing and Magickal! It was just a restaurant, except for Easter Island heads and Hawaiian deities all over. Some even breathed fire! The sides were lined with an aviary and an aquarium- real birds and fish, complete with weather changes like thunder and rain, fog, and awesome sound effects.
Mom and I shared a special drink, just for the experience of it. A volcano was delivered to our table. It erupted!
OMG that sounds AMAZING! The only things my parents say about it is that my dad (who was a super picky eater and only cares about the food and not the experience of dining as a whole) was disappointed when he was a kid every time he had to go there because they didn’t serve any “normal” food and it was all too exotic for him, and my mom (who was the same way as a kid) got taken there for her birthday once, and then because she complained that the food was too exotic, her parents got mad at her and were like “Fine then, I guess we’re never taking you there again”
They both seem to have PTSD from their experiences, but hearing your experiences makes me wish I could have experienced it because it sounds like I would’ve aboslutely loved it!
@destinee Welcome to the family of wizards and witches
I am Airam from Greece and I wish you beautiful magical journeys
