Hello, my name is Abbey and I’m from the US. I have had an interest in Pagan/Wiccan traditions and practices for the majority of my life and have dabbled here and there. I have never joined a coven or had official initiation. I would consider myself eclectic with an orientation focusing on feminist/liberation/anti oppression philosophy/psychology/& practices. I am starting some of the beginner courses and although I’m a bit shy and may not always be very active on the forum, I’m glad to meet all of you!
@abageal Hello and welcome I’m Tracy from England. I follow the Northern Tradition. Lovely to meet you too
Hello @abageal and welcome to the forum!
My name is Megan and I’m one of the moderators here at Spells8 It’s nice to meet you!
I hope you don’t mind but I moved your introduction to its own post so it wouldn’t get lost in the shuffle. I hope you’re finding everything alright here - please, feel free to make yourself at home!
Merry meet!
My name is Kat, and I’ve been practicing the craft for over 30 years. My practice is rooted in a blend of nature magick, green magick, and elements of hedgecraft. I work closely with the natural world, drawing inspiration from plant spirits, animal spirits, and liminal spaces. My interests include herbalism, gardening, and divinatory practices like tarot, throwing bones, and Lenormand.
We’re glad to have you here. Make yourself comfortable, explore, and feel free to ask questions!
Hi, @abageal! I’m Amethyst from Southern West Virginia. Welcome to the forum!
I’m glad you found us! Don’t be shy! I was when I first started and you get used to commenting after a while, and you don’t have to comment on everything. It’s all up to you. But we’d love to learn about you!
That sounds interesting! Maybe a little over my head, I didn’t do well with psychology when it was an elective in my school. Still, I’d love to learn!
If you have any questions about anything, just ask and someone will pop up and give you a hand. I look forward to getting to know you!
Hello and welcome @abageal I’m Amanda from Oklahoma We’re so excited you have joined us
Merry meet @abageal and welcome. I’m not very good with introductions, myself. Trying to break myself of that because once I break the ice, I find I have a lot to offer, as I’m sure you do, too. Do what feels comfortable for you.
Welcome @abageal ! It’s great to have you with us! I’m from Minnesota and have practicing many aspects of the craft for 35+ years. I currently work with chaos magick, voodoo and divination.
Would love to hear more about this when you feel ready to share a little!
Feel free to jump in to any of our other conversations in the forum. And ask questions anytime! Someone is always here to help!
Blessings

Hi, @abageal ,
I’m new here, too. I’m not shy but I am aware that most people here have more experience so that affects my post contents. You have more experience and I respect that. My area of interest is belief systems and I’ve decided it falls under the Chaos umbrella but it may migrate at some point. Right now I’m dabbling in several things - mostly to learn but also to greet and meet. Have fun with everything that you will find here. It is amazing how much I have discovered in a short time.
Dan
Thank you so much for your kind and welcoming message. I am liking things so far but unfortunately have not had much free time to dedicate to regularly visiting the site as of late. I’m hoping that will things will slow down soon! Again thank you for your kind welcome!
