This isn’t as fun a post as you’d think it would be! LOL! It’s just that while trolling around Amazon, I’ve found three things that, if you work with fresh herbs a lot, may give you a hand, and I wanted to share them with you.

Interesting! As someone who spends a lot of time zipping along herbs by hand (and watching tender stalks break!) that herb stripper looks tempting!
I actually like using a kitchen mallet to pound garlic. It’s very satisfying. Don’t judge.
