I was excited today to be able to create a pouch using herbs that I have grown in my own garden and dried (except for the lavender - that does not do well here). I was even able to return what I had prepared, but didn’t use to my little herb jars above my altar, so I’m all set for the next spell.
The ingredients are simple:
Herbs:
Rosemary: For clarity, protection, and the strengthening of intentions.
Rose petals: To invite love, beauty, and gentle growth into your life.
Lavender: To promote tranquility, harmony, and spiritual expansion.
Lemon balm: To encourage joy, positivity, and vitality. (oh I have plenty of this!! LOL)
Crystals: (I use crystal chips for my spell pouches and jars)
Moonstone: To enhance intuition and align with the cycles of nature.
Rose quartz: To nurture self-love and attract compassionate relationships.
Carnelian: To ignite creativity, courage, and motivation.
I’ll second Feathertip in saying that your pouch is beautiful! I love how you decorated the outside with art and words. Paired with the herbs you grew and harvested and picked, I’d say this is an extra special spell pouch May it serve you well!
Wonderfully done, @Greenbriar
I bet it smells delicious! May I ask how you are going to use it? Is it a spell that will sit on your altar, or is it intendet to be in your purse or pocket of a dress? (this is why we need more dress-designs that include pockets!)
This particular one is sitting on my altar, but I have done them for other intentions - inner peace, mindfulness, etc. that I have put in my purse.
I’m going to do a travel one to take to England in July - but I’d better not have that on my person as I go through customs. They make think I’m smuggling drugs! I’ll put it in my suitcase.
It´s nice having them close; I used to do that a couple of years ago and for some reason I stopped.
You just made me remember…thank you! I think it´s time for me to revisit my craft and go back to my roots. I´m so much in my head lately, that I´m barely using my hands for spell crafting.
Yes, this can get difficult to explain. Better be careful.
