Homemade Caramel Apple Creamer

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups half & half
1 cup apple brown sugar syrup
½ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons caramel sauce

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a large mason jar and stir until well combined.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

Substitutions:

Milk and Cream: Don’t have half-and-half or prefer not to buy it? Substitute additional heavy cream and whole milk—you’ll need 1¼ cups heavy cream and ¾ cup whole milk. For a dairy-free half-and-half alternative, use coconut milk or plant-based half-and-half.

Syrup: Make this creamer your own by stirring in 1 cup of your favorite syrup, such as carrot cake, horchata, or toffee nut syrup.

Heavy Cream: If your grocer carries light cream, you can use it for a lighter creamer. For a dairy-free replacement, coconut cream or plant-based heavy cream are both great picks.
