Same. I learnt to rub them clockwise from the instructions that came with my Belial and Nyx necklaces.

I thank Satan and Lucifer every day when I put their sigils necklaces on and ask for protection now too. Then when I take it off at the end of the day I say thankyou. I had been rubbing mine on bad days for comfort
