A Brutal Weekend, Hard Truths & Laying Low This Week ![]()

Merry Meet everyone,
I’m not going to sugarcoat it—this past weekend was an absolute trial.
Between long-term sleep deprivation, constant stress, and running myself completely ragged, my body crashed hard with a fever, intense headache, and severe exhaustion (tested negative for flu/COVID, just pure physical burnout). On top of that:
- Got the call that I lost my hospice client, and I’m already transitioning to two new clients.
- My dad had a terrible fall on Saturday and broke both his shoulder and elbow.
- Tension at home boiled over, and my wife and I were at each other’s throats all weekend.
Even through the chaos, I am keeping my anchors close: I’m still wearing my iron key around my neck, keeping my Lepidolite in my pocket for calm, and carrying my daily crystals to give me whatever extra protection and steady energy I can get.
My reading for the week gave me the exact medicine I need right now: lay low, don’t rock the boat, and move with the room. No big moves, no overthinking, and no pushing myself past empty. My only goal this week is to put my head down, glide through shift by shift, nurse my body back to health, and just breathe through the storms I can’t control.
I didn’t get many pictures because I spent most of the weekend feeling completely drained, but I managed to snap a couple when I stepped outside to get some fresh air.
Wishing you all a far gentler week than my weekend was. Taking it one quiet breath at a time.
Blessed Be. ![]()

And of course I needed the help of Gemini, but my thoughts, my words.
