How to keep someone's off your land

Hey y’all
I have e a friend who has a man that keeps coming on her property and is scary.
I am going to help her protect her house and land.
I am thinking about making clay runes and burying them in the yard and then use protective stones inside the house. Does any one else have any suggestions?

Is it a neighbor or someone she knows? I have a few different things but it depends on the circumstances

I would call the police in this matter and report it before respecting to magickal means. After that though you could create a few protection spell jars and bury them around her property.

Agree with @Mattie_Nox. Start with the police. If he just got out of jail and is already harassing it intimidating people he needs to go back. If you don’t feel that is enough, jars and spells can protect the property. Try mundane ways first.

Thanks @Mattie_Nox and @Mystique . They already called the police before and nothing happened. He was arrested, i can remember the charges. But this is for protection so he will not come back. I appreciate your suggestion. I will do the spell jar route.

Just a side note, how is she with pets. Dogs, pigs and geese are very territorial.
You could bury clay in the garden, and you can draw it with spit on her property too. A few gargoyles are good too. Is there a parole board aswell as police, to notify if he’s just been released. Hope the police act soon. Also is there a community watch that she could notify too, and neigbours. The more she tells the stronger she’s protected. I will pray about this.

Protection jars on the east, south, west and north corners of the property. Witches salt in front of all entry points (doors windows, etc). Sage around the outside of the house. Those are some good places to start. If those don’t deter him I can look for some stronger home protection things. Those are the quickest and easiest and usually work pretty good. Be sure to have your intent set strong while making and burying jars. Say a incantation while making and burying them. Just something simple along the lines of

This jar is made with intentions of keeping (friends name and property) safe from intruders and unwanted people. Keep her and her home safe.

When you bury it change the word made to buried. Change the words to whatever fits you best.

I am very grateful for you and this coven. I go over there this morning.
@Amethyst I will keep the the hot foot powder in my pocket if we need to continue to do more magic.and it is just a good thing to have in book of shadows.
