The article has a lovely recipe for designing your own potions:
Choose your intention
~Take stock of the ingredients in your home
~Consider anything that should not be mixed together or that might not work well or taste well together
~Mix your potion intentionally
~Hold it and visualize your intention coming alive
~Use it!
Simple and sweet- I like how it makes potion making sound like a fun and easy-to-do magickal activity!
