Thankyou!! Ill def have to check out goodwill and some of the other stores. I probably need to go see what goodwill has for clothes anyway. Find some pretty good clothes there too :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

@starborn @Satans_Helper my my pic here is from this summer. Not my favorite but it’s the only one. I’ve found brand name clothes with tags still on it at good will. I’ll try to get some pics

Auctions, too, now that I think about it. A lot of overstock goes for super cheap. I got a whole bunch of Ralph Lauren clothes that way a few years ago.

Lol yeah I always want to stop at yard sales. But I’ve gotten into the habit of not carrying any cash. Sucks when I see one without cash. Maybe I should keep a few bucks in my car just for this. O heck yeah goodwill always has brand new stuff. I’m grateful to people who donate these lovely items

Goodwill gets a large garbage bag of clothes from me every year. I was preparing this year’s bag over the weekend, so I don’t have to bring those clothes and shoes with me when we move. But it’s turned into three bags since I’m finally getting rid of my office-style work clothes. :sweat_smile:

We went out I just got home an hour ago. But on the way out to the bar I dropped off almost brand new shoes and clothes in the donation box. Sucks they hurt my feet I need good work shoes for all day wear comfort I have flat feet almost

This year alone I probably got rid of 3 wardrobes worth of clothes and shoes. I had to get rid of all my shoes. Because of ALS I have foot drop and my toes are all crunched up. I have to wear braces and special shoes :cry: I also got rid of my dressier clothes as I don’t work anymore and have no need for them. Got rid of most of my clothes with buttons and zippers and anything form fitting. ALS has caused muscle loss in my hands and buttons and zippers are challenging and frustrating! Anything form fitting, like leggings, are too hard to put on and take off :cry: It was sad but also liberating!
