I created a bindrune!

Hello everyone! My husband and I created a bindrune from 4 Runes that each of us drew (2 kids). We want this to be our family bindrune and to be tattooed as our wedding rings.

:gebo: love :ansuz:transformation :mannaz: family :jeran:prosperity

Do we have any extras that could add unwanted energy to our bindrune?

I’ll have a closer look after work but off the cuf I see:

:ansuz::isaz: :gebo::kaunan: :laukaz::mannaz: :jeran: if you do reversals there is also a reversed :laukaz: :kaunan: and upside down :wunjo:and :thurisaz: Bind runes, when looked at by someone who didn’t do them, can show up tons of runes. So even though I see all these runes, (as runes are shapes at the end of the day), it doesn’t matter because I didn’t make the bind rune, you did - so the bind rune is linked to you not me and that’s what gives it power.

As long as you’re happy with each rune, all the binding does it unite all the different energies to work together.

The only advise I’ll give is when binding runes make sure you don’t have conflicting or enhancing energies like say putting :thurisaz: and :laukaz: together and then wondering why you asked for water and power and what you get is a monsoon, when you just wanted a shower, which can overwhelm.

It’s a beautiful bind rune, I hope it brings you all you wished for.

You’ve got some great advice from the rune master Tracy, so just chiming in to say that this is a really neat bindrune! I think it’s extra powerful that you created it in tandem with your husband. It will carry both of your wishes and goodwill with it

Beautiful work - happy new year!
