Those are great posts, @celineelise It’s funny because we are covering the different branches of the nervous system in Anatomy & Physiology the last few weeks so this was good timing!
If you want to chat about the nervous system more, I am always down. I have been studying both polyvagal theory and learning exercises to help get it back in to balance for 5 years now.
Maybe one day! I’ve had previous experience learning about the nervous system a few years ago so this is just a refresher, but I’m always looking to learn more about how we can actively calm down our sympathetic nervous system and reset our fight/flight/freeze system.
That’s fabulous. I’ve bookmarked to read later.

@BryWisteria Thank you so much. I designed it myself, I used a theme and cutsomized it! I was a web designer and graphic designer in my 20s. I will definitely keep sharing.
I missed sending out my newsletter/ blog. I am glad to be back at it. Now, I need ro figure out how ro juggle everything to make it happen.
Lovely, very nicely written. I like the tips to check in with yourself, are we renewing or depleting and to connect with the bear or the dog. The dog for rest resonates as I have a retired racing greyhound who sleeps for 20 hours a days, I envy her .
