Is there a template for the herb pages so I could add additional herbs in the same format as the ones available?

What a great question! I tag @Francisco as he created the pages. He would know better than I. Yet I have some I would like to add to my own BOS, and it would be neat to have a template.

I did a search for a page like the one you’re looking for and didn’t find anything. I’d be interested to see if we have such a list in the forum as well!

I wasn’t able to find a page specific for herbs, but there are a few blank printable page templates for new custom BoS additions you could adapt:
Alternatively, there are some blank template pages for herbs in a Materia Medica format, which can be found here: Magickal Materia Medica Pages

I think you might have your answer. While I have herbs and do spell bottles, I am not a great herbalist. However, our great coven members seem to have found a solution or two.
