I decided to share some of my knowledge, astragolus helps even with covid I left an article for each one of these herbs so you can decide if it is for you. I believe if you take all of these together it will bring good results to your immunity, fatty liver, toxins . Today is my first day taking all three of them together. I will keep you posted to let you know how I am feeling and if there are any results.

They sound interesting - I don’t think I’ve worked with Jiaogulan, Nac, or Astragalus before (unless they have different names which plants often do!).

You’re very thoughtful for the safety note - even when a plant is harmless on its own, sometimes combinations can cause different effects. It’s very wise to be mindful when taking herbs!

Me and my husband are still taking the herbs.
I have not had any allergic reactions and no significant change yet! I’ll keep you all posted!

I might join you in trying these, too. Jiaogulan 绞股蓝 should be easy enough to find, as there’s a TCM store or two nearby. As for the others, there’s always the internet. :black_heart:
