June Lenormand - Happy Anniversary - 6/25 - 6/26

(AI)

Lenormand card divination offers us a way to explore and define our daily paths. It is similar to Tarot (and can be used with Tarot) but seems to offer more direct responses. It can be easy to start with just a little help. See emilyrosedivination.com and take the free tutorial for a jump start. The tutorial is probably the simplest introduction possible and, for me, it was a little slow but it got the job done with just a few minutes a day for a couple of days. She follows up with tips that are sometimes good.

Toward the bottom of this post are lists of daily Lenormand questions you can answer to guide your day, encourage mindfulness, and deepen your intuition. It is not necessary to answer all the questions – do what you feel comfortable doing – keep it fun!. You can also form your own questions if you wish.

Ask for help at any time.

To practice answering the questions, you need a deck or link to an online deck (there are several – including free phone apps). Google ‘Daily Lenormand draw” (or similar) to find a favorite place. For example Labyrinthos.com has online card draws (and much more).

If you are not averse to using AI, you can ask Chatgpt, CoPilot, or Google Gemini to create a three card spread for you with this command:

Create an image of three randomly chosen Lenormand cards drawn in realistic fantasy with no borders but numbers and labels

Additional ways to use Lenormand

Summary

Here are alternate ideas for story telling formats. If a daily question seems blah or you just want to try something different - pick one of these

:seedling: Story of Emergence

These prompts frame the spread as something beginning to take form.

  • What’s waking up?
  • What force shapes its direction?
  • What moment of change arrives next?

This creates a clean arc: seed → shaping → shift.

:performing_arts: Character, Conflict, Resolution

A classic story spine that works beautifully with Lenormand’s concrete symbols.

  • Who or what is the main character in today’s story?
  • What tension or complication enters the scene?
  • How does the situation resolve or transform?

This gives the cards permission to be archetypes, obstacles, or plot turns.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Clue, Pattern, Revelation

Great for mystery, insight, or “what’s really going on” readings.

  • What clue appears first?
  • What pattern or hidden dynamic it points toward?
  • What truth or revelation comes to light?

This set leans into Lenormand’s grammar-like clarity.

 Movement Through a Landscape

Ideal when you want a more mythic or journey-based feel.

  • Where am I starting from?
  • What terrain or encounter shapes the path?
  • Where does this movement lead next?

This turns the three cards into a mini‑pilgrimage.

Suggestions

Most of the draws are aimed at three card spreads. You can make your own spread if you wish.

Format is flexible. If you are just starting, try doing a ‘modifier/subject/modifier’ format for three cards with the center card being the subject.

Feel welcome to do bigger spreads.

Still not sure? Check out the July (2025) postings to get more information! There are example readings and drop downs for different spreads at this link.

Magickal Monday,

Yes, it is only 11:30 Sunday night, but according to a witch’s calendar it IS Monday, because as the Hebrews view time, the new day, starts at sunset–liken it to pregnancy…life starts in the dark, the day also starts in the darkness.

So, I will go ahead and post the Lenormand and Tarot.

Lenormand Today - What is going well as June begins? 23 Mice; 25 Man; 16 Stars/Cosmos.

What has been gnawing (23 Mice) at me about my husband (25 Man) is now becoming clear (16 Stars/Cosmos)

My husband is going to the doctor today, so hopefully the doctor will be able to tell us something.:crossed_fingers:

Just had to pop by to say congrats on the anniversary! Wow, hard to believe it’s already been a year since you started crafting these posts, Dan. I guess you know what they say about time flying when you’re divining - or was it having fun? I know these spaces bring both! :crystal_ball:  Thanks so much for running them for everyone!

Deck: Yellowrock. A themed deck based on the Jane Yellowrock UF books by Faith Hunter. Images are AI

Book, Woman, Loyalist (No dogs are featured in the books … Jane’s loyal friend was made into a card)

I’m entering June with clarity, self‑possession, and dependable support. Something I’ve been learning, refining, or quietly integrating is beginning to click

My draw today is from the revised Art deck.

Moon: protection, dreamy, emotions, romantic vision

Fish: finances, rewards, flow, abundance, generosity

Crossroads: choice, alternatives, decision, uncertainty, transition

I like a general Narrative format here.

This first day and week of June revolves around my outdoor projects, and getting input from a landscaper. I have my own visions of the outcome (Moon), but considerations of costs (Fish) will guide me. There will be lots of choices and decisions to be made (Fish, Crossroads).

What is already going well for me as June begins is having the basic outlines already in place, and other areas in my garden are doing well. This particular project has yet to get started in earnest, so hopefully this week will be the turning point as decisions are reached.

Reflection: a very good draw for what is bouncing around in my mind again!

A hardship, burden, or spiritual lesson (Cross) leading to a fresh start, new outlook, or emerging opportunity (Child) that brings small blessings, lucky breaks, or unexpected openings (Clover)

As June begins, I’m realizing that not everything that’s going well looks obvious at first. The cross reminds me of everything I’ve been carrying, my health challenges, the exhaustion, the emotional ups and downs, and all the uncertainty that comes with navigating a body that doesn’t always cooperate. Instead of showing me what’s wrong, this card is showing me how much I’ve already endured.

The child feels like a fresh breath of air. Despite everything, I’m still learning, still growing, still willing to begin again. Whether it’s understanding my sleep apnea, finding new ways to support my healing, deepening my spiritual practice, or simply giving myself more grace, something new is taking root. And then comes clover, reminding me that blessings count. A good day. A moment of clarity. A supportive conversation. A little extra energy. An unexpected insight.

What’s already going well is that I’m no longer standing where I was. The challenges I’ve faced are becoming wisdom, and that wisdom is creating new routines. The path ahead may still be unfolding, but I can already see little signs of hope peeking through the cracks.

Nice reading! Little signs of hope are nice… of course we would like more and bigger signs but that comes from the smaller seeds.

Wow has it been a year? I slipped off the wagon on this one and concentrated more on the tarot and oracle decks, but I may pick them up again this month and see how it goes

My draw today is from the revised Art deck.

Bear (modifier) : strength, power, greatness, generosity, protection

Tree (subject): life energy, life force, health, possibilities, roots

Anchor (modifier): security, stability, constancy, reliability, hope

I like a classic modifier/subject/modifier format here.

I’m focusing on the Tree card in relation to this question. I can’t say my spirit is already growing without my noticing, because I am always aware when there is a noticeable swell within. I am focusing on the outdoors and everything the warmer weather brings, and of course this answers my inner drive to connect.

The Anchor card speaks to my new warm weather routine, and both critters and my garden rely on my continuing efforts. I am the Bear in this draw, too, as far as being the protective spirit to keep everything healthy and happy.

Reflection: Not a lot to add to this one; it practically wrote itself! I love it when the question and my draw are so in sync.

I actually thought it was last month - I had been posting Lenormand cards in Tarot for a couple of months and realized we might like a Lenormand section. @Artemisia helped me with setting up the this space.

But you are right - a year came quickly.
