Keto Cucumber Boats: Everything Bagel Seasoning With Avocado

Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, peeled, raw
1 ½ oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mashed avocado
½ tsp Salt-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning
Pinch of flakey sea salt
Directions:
Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, de-seed the cucumber and then blot both sides dry with a paper towel.
Spread on cream cheese and mashed avocado before sprinkling on Everything Bagel Seasoning. If you used Salt-Free Seasoning, sprinkle on a pinch of flakey sea salt.
Notes:
Cucumber Substitution: Bell peppers or celery can be used in place of cucumbers. Cream Cheese Substitution: If you do not eat dairy, vegan cream cheese can be used at a 1:1 ratio to traditional cream cheese. Mayonnaise is also an option, or you can altogether omit the cream cheese.
Avocado Substitution: Guacamole can be used in place of mashed avocado, or it can also be omitted altogether, if you prefer.
Salt-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning Substitution: Everything Bagel Seasoning that includes salt as an ingredient can be substituted at a 1:1 ratio. If you do this, be sure to omit the added salt the recipe calls for.
Refrigerator Storage: If you make these in advance, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. After 1 day, the texture and flavor of your cucumber boats will begin to change.
