So I got kicked out of my mother in laws house for being a wiccan with no place to go. Has anybody else experienced anything like this?

Do u get mail there?
If u do u legally have 30 days to move out. She would have to get u evicted. If u have mail and she locks u out. Ur allowed to break in. U legally live there if u have that address on mail with ur name
If u have mail in ur name for that address and she gives u crap call the cops.

I have had the two persons I have told try to discourage me from practicing, but nothing as dire as this. Now, I keep my works to myself (except here). I hope all goes well for you!

Never keep the word to yourself. That is part of the reason I got kicked out is because I refuse to change my religion. If we don’t stand up for what we believe then who will and what will happen to us?

Then you have thirty days from the day she formally files an eviction. Until you have been served ur thirty days hasn’t started. The minute she has u served. You have thirty days. If she bothers u let her know u know the law. And she needs to file an eviction notice and have u served for it to be solid. And the time clock to start

This happened to me, too… Long long ago. I thought I had to be out in a week, though I had nowhere to go and had never before searched for a place to live. I ended up in the hospital from the stress. By the time I got back, I had an apartment and was really glad to be free! May you be fortunate, too!

I’m so sorry to hear that happened to you. Do you have somewhere safe you can go? Many places have shelters or other resources to help people find housing. You deserve to be in a place where you are accepted and safe, regardless of what path you choose to follow.
