Lion's Gate Portal Manifestation Bath šŸ›€

Hello beautiful people!

I’ve been getting back into my witchy baths lately and couldn’t help but share this one with you guys

So much has happened since I last posted - it feels like it’s been forever. It might take a while to catch up and get back in the groove!

For now, this is my little bath ritual for this year’s 8/8 Lion’s Gate :lion:

Lion’s Gate Portal Manifestation Bath Ritual

(In video form as I’ve somehow been convinced to start uploading to YouTube :see_no_evil_monkey: ) but I’ll get it typed up asap for you all as well

Let me know what you’d add/do differently! Any advice/comments are always welcome too!

Tons of love xx

Edit: Typed up version

:lion: Lion’s Gate Manifestation Bath Spell :lion:
Purpose: Activate the Lion’s Gate portal to call in abundance, opportunity, and courage to manifest your desires
Best Time: 8/8 or during the portal window (Aug 7–12)

:herb: You Will Need:
Gold candle – solar energy & success

Orange or cinnamon oil (can also be a bath bomb, bubble bath or other) – manifestation & vitality

Basil or bay leaves – prosperity & opportunity

A pen to write your manifestations (ideally gold)

Citrine or pyrite – amplifies wealth and success energy

:small_blue_diamond: Step 1: Prepare Your Manifestation Water
Fill your bath with warm water.

Add a few drops of oil (or whatever bath products you’ve chosen, I’ve gone for an orange bath bomb which contains 2 types of orange oil and will colour the water bright orange), you can also add a pinch of salt for cleansing old blocks.

Place your gold candle safely by the tub and light it, saying:
Sun and star, your light combine,
Open the gate, your power is mine.

:small_blue_diamond: Step 2: Write your wishes on your leaves and drop them into the water.

Speak the Manifestation Incantation
(Repeat 8 times while moving your hands through the water)
Whisper as you stir clockwise:
ā€œDreams to gold, and thoughts to light,
Manifest my will this night.ā€

:small_blue_diamond: Step 3:
Enter the Bath with Intention
Step in slowly, visualizing golden energy swirling in the water.

Imagine your manifestations flowing toward you through the Lion’s Gate.
Breathe deeply, feeling courage and confidence fill your chest.

Breathe the scents of the water deeply, pour water over your heart and head.
Bathe as long as feels right.

When you leave the bath and drain the water say:
ā€œBy sun and star, my will takes flight,
I call my blessings into sight.ā€

Safely extinguish the candle and let yourself air dry if possible.

Ohh, fun! I love how the water turns gold with your bath bomb. It definitely adds that extra layer of energy to the manifestation spell :yellow_heart:

Also, hello!! It’s good to see you back! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Thanks! It’s SO good to be back  Haha I have SUCH an obsession with bath bombs at the moment - I love picking a corresponding colour for each day of the week :see_no_evil_monkey: and they’re SO mesmerizing to watch. Definitely a witchy invention :woman_mage:

I bet it smelled amazing, too. I love citrus scents! :orange_heart: I’m not too big on bath bombs, but that’s only because I don’t take baths  I do not fit in my tub very well, so it ends up being more annoying than anything. But this could also make a great room spray or anointing water!

EDIT: This can probably count as a catch-up entry for one of the challenges for this session!

Absolutely! It smelled truly phenomenal, the bath bomb was sweet orange and bitter orange… add in the fresh basil and it was just… chef’s kiss :ok_hand: It would make a GORGEOUS room spray! I think this could be adapted to a shower ritual as an alternative  perhaps bunching the basil/bay leaves and hanging them under the shower head? Making up a small bowl of manifestation water and washing with it? Anything is possible :star_struck:

Edit: OOH! I’ll have a look! x

Welcome back, @Limeberry - it’s wonderful to see you again!

Love this! And the color of the bath water is amazing - looks like bathing in rays of sun :sun: :sparkles:

How wonderful! I used a bath bomb yesterday and it turned the water a sort of muddy orange color! Yours looks so much better!

This one was ā€˜We put the whole fruit in’ from Lush  I defo recommend it! So vibrant and the scent was tangy and juicy - like being in a tub of freshly squeezed orange juice! I usually lean towards their sparklier :sparkles: creations but just couldn’t resist the scent of this one

Sounds wonderful. The one I had was supposed to be Peach Bellini, but the aroma was so subtle, I couldn’t smell it at all.

Ahh that’s so disappointing  Peach seems to be a hard one to get right! I’m yet to find a good peach-scented bath bomb. Shower gels, no problem though, go figure! I’ve recently discovered that Osmanthus (used for purity, love and spiritual growth) has quite a peachy :peach: scent - may be worth experimenting with if you’re into DIY cosmetic crafts… or just adding to the essential oil collection for potential spiritual uses

Now that sounds like a great idea! Thanks for the inspiration!
