Hi I’m Debb.bee . I’ve always been attracted to the ‘magical arts’ since my early teens (probably before if Im honest) although I could never really settle on a particular genre. Egyptology, Mythology, Occult, Tarot, Astrology, Numerology, Crystal Healing, Reiki, Sound healing, Herbalism, Nutrition, Naturopathy…to name a few…Ive read and ‘dabbled’ in them all (some with more success then others… I enjoyed them all.
I was like a bee flitting from flower to flower, distracted/fascinated by whatever new thing that month/year that caught my attention.
However my travels, life and health issues have helped guide and shape the path of my interests over the years. I am now more aligned with myself, the universe and no longer feel the need to choose, as all is one.
Ive been quite solitary for alot of my life, having never quite felt as thou I fitted in, or connected with my puropse/soul family. I now feel guided that the next stage of my journey requires me to step out of my cave, , with the help of my tribe- and Im ooh so excited to see what is truly possible.

Hi, @Debb.bee! I’m Amethyst from Southern West Virginia over here in the States. Welcome to the forum!
It’s great to have you here! I hope you find a place with us. It sounds as if you have a great deal of knowledge to share.
You might want to join us tomorrow for a Group Ritual. It’s a little bit of magic we do on Thursdays with tea or another drink and we share our days. It’s just a nice way to get to know one another.
If you have any questions, just ask and someone will be there to help. I look forward to chatting with you more.
Thank-you for the invite. I have a few things that have been on my to do list for a while so this may be just the sign I have been looking for to stop procrastinating . So count me in.
Merry Meet @Debb.bee ! It’s great to have you with us! I’m a chaos voodoo witch from Minnesota. I’ve practiced many aspects of the craft for 35+ years.
You are right! You don’t need to pick one certain area to practice. You can do what feels right in the moment and practice as many as you want! Although voodoo is my main practice I do other areas as well. If voodoo don’t feel right for something I’ll use a different area of the craft. Mix and match! One of my favorite things about the craft!
Hope to see you join in to some of our other discussions and if you ever have questions feel free to ask! There is always someone who can help you!
Welcome! I’m Bry, one of the moderators in the forum and an Eclectic Witch. Thank you for taking the time to share your introduction - it’s a pleasure to meet you
Nothing wrong with that! There are so many interesting and exciting areas of magick of there - I’d say it’s totally fine to be drawn to and want to study multiple areas. After all, under the theory of connectivity and As Above, So Below, everything is intertwined! The things you learn in one area of magick will probably apply and be helpful in other areas of study too
You’ve got great enthusiasm and a host of magickal talents and areas of interest - good for you! I hope you continue to find everything you are looking for. If you have any questions, know that your coven is here and happy to help. Ask away in the Q&A category anytime you’d like.
