Im learning a few things everyday. But iam also starting slowly. I do have a question on a few questions pertaining to my life in general and if their is anything i can do spell wise. If this is the wrong place to ask please let me know and i will post in the proper one. My question is: Iam trying to get the strength to go to court and go face to face with my ex so i can get my baby girls into my life. There is a lot more but I do not want to over whelm everyone. If someone is willing to help one on one i will be so grateful. Okay i apologize if im writing too much

Never apologize for asking a question. We are always here for you in your witchy and mundane life. 
Getting up the courage is the hard part. Your first step is always going to be seek legal counsel. Discuss with them your options. If money is an issue you can always seek out a local legal aide office.
You can use self confidence booster spells to help you get that courage. Here is a link to a good one.
Once you have started the process, I have a couple spells for court. I know one of them is to get the judge to rule in your favor. I think the other is for confusing or bumbling your opponent, but not positive off the top of my head.
