Does anyone use a printed magick circle rug? There are some really cool ones on Etsy. Should they be consecrated more than once?

Should, not really. Can if you want. Cleansed of travel energies? Absolutely.
In a way, the rug would collect the energy you use each time you work your magick. Ideally, you would then send that energy off to work your spell; but as with all tools, it will still hold a bit.

I don’t use one myself, but I’ve seen them around! I think they’re a cool way to cast a circle if you’ve got the space - plus, it can help you visualize the circle if that’s something you struggle with.
Consecration is usually something done once - it’s the act of making something sacred and giving it a purpose. Once an item or tool has a purpose, there’s no need to do it again unless the purpose is changing.
Cleansing, though, can be done as often as necessary!
