Merry Meet from Wisconsin

Bright blessings, all! I am Kat and I am greeting you from my home in Wisconsin. I have been a witch since 1996 when I stumbled upon a book about Wicca and everything about it aligned. I studied for a year while meticulously gathering my tools and on April 22nd (Earth day and my 16th birthday) I performed my self dedication ritual. I look forward to connecting and sharing! Blessed be.

Hi, @kat1! I’m Amethyst from Southern West Virginia! Welcome to the forum! :infinite_roots:

First of all, Happy Belated Birthday! I hope you had a magical one! I’m glad you found us! I’m an Eclectic Witch who likes candles and chants. I’m sort of being drawn to Pop Culture Magic too, I’ll be getting into that this month. What kind of magic are you interested in?

If you have any questions or anything, just ask, and someone will pop up and give you a hand. I look forward to getting to know you!

@kat1 Merry Meet

I just wanted to welcome you.

I would also like to add my wishes to you for a belated Happy Birthday. Congratulations on your studies on the craft so far.

I am from a small village in Lancashire, England. :united_kingdom:

I am a Solitary Eclectic Hedgewitch and my divinations are the 5 Elements which I incorporate into daily life. I am drawn to the Moon in particular but also align with the Sun, Planets, Astronomical Events and of course Astrology, Crystals, Candle Magic, Tarot, Anglo-Saxon/Runes, Angel Numbers, Lenormand, tending outdoor, indoor plants and growing herbs, garlic, I write and create my own spells which is both exciting and rewarding for spell jars, spell bags and looking at different ways of forming new spells, I drink Sun & Moon Water daily, shower meditation as this fits easily into my daily routine and self/home cleansing adding instant magic where I can. I am doing the daily Oracle Cards which is my new go to.

I try to simplify, balance and live intentionally to create a calm, peaceful, relaxing home for my family, two German Shorthair Pointer Dogs. Millie & Bronte and our Koi Fish. I also practice Slow Living.

Everyone is very supportive, caring and helpful with anything you need it is a wonderful coven to be a part of.

Blessings to you :waxing_gibbous_moon::green_heart:

Mery Meet. Glad you joined us. I name is Dee my witch name is Celestria. I have been practicing alittle over 20 years. Had to take a break to take care of life. So,right now I am rediscovery my craft. I am proud to say I am in my Crone stage.
I discovered my craft while researching herbal remedies due to a neck injury and not wanting to be on addicting pain meds. I always knew I was different growing up and when I researched withcraft I felt like I was home.
Enjoy the site, there is alot of wonderful information. Everyone is wonderful and very helpful.

Bright blessings, Kat! :crescent_moon::sparkles:

What a beautiful origin story! Earth Day and your 16th birthday for your self-dedication? That feels like the kind of alignment you don’t forget! :herb: You’ve been walking this path for a long time, and it’s always so special to meet someone who’s stayed connected to that original spark. :grin:

I’m Stephanie or Eira of the Living Hearth, an eclectic witch from California. My practice leans into hearth and green witchery, along with divination (tarot, runes, oracle, Lenormand), ancestry and shadow work, and weaving everyday magic into my home life. I love connecting with witches who’ve grown alongside their craft over the years.

I’m really glad you’re here, Kat. I think you’ll find some wonderful connections and conversations waiting for you.

Blessed Be. :herb: :dizzy:

Greetings from New Mexico!

Welcome @kat1!

Happy Witchy Anniversary and a belated Happy Birthday! I’m so glad this path resonates with you. May it serve you well.

Just curious: what is your current favorite subject in your studies? I’m an old hat at this (newbie back in 1990), yet I’ve been going through a restart, lately. I work well with the weather and animals, mostly birds. My new Spirit Guide is the Mouse, and I realize I have a lot to learn.

Enjoy your time, here!
