Your magikal and magnificent!
I missed so much and Iām dedicating my life to my spiritual practice again. My family always tryās to make me change my mind about my path! This is the path I chose for myself and I hate that I always need to explain to people that will never understand me!
My husband had been the biggest supporter in my journey! Iām glad I have him to fall back on!

Ok. We are sooo used to rain, hubby is determined to beat Thor and is BBQ ing, under his brolly in the rain, there is thunder and lightning, Iām telling him, give it up, use the oven. I donāt know whoās more stubborn, him or Thor
Thankyou darling
Poor hubby is really trying hard with all this witchy stuff. He mowed the back where my altar to Loki is. I obviously moved the altar before he did this.
Then he put it back, itās just a stick, a plant pot, but he forgot the rock. He lit a candle. Anyways, he came in and said āI donāt think Loki likes me touching your altarā I said āwhy?ā. He replied, āwell I set it up, I lit the candle, then the wind blew it out straight away and this bird came from nowhere, pecked all the wax out the candle and chucked it the other side of the gardenā. I laughed till my sides hurt.
Oh my goodness thatās so funny
I could just imagine his face was like
And the bird said
Thatās amazing. That bird is the GOAT.
I was quiet for a few days because I was at the dev camp for work. I hadnāt been to one before, so I didnāt know what to expect, really. But it turned out great.
On the first day, two of the activities that we did were archery and laser shooting with clay targets. Both were really fun, and I want to do more of them both!
On the second day, we had all of the talks, and they were all really great. There were two that really stuck out to me, though. I liked those two a lot for being very relevant and presented very well.
Iām inspired to do some talks on topics that Iāve wanted to talk about over the next few months. For example, I want to do a talk on game theory, which is an economics concept, and a bunch of talks on programming-related things, such as one on database design in MMOs, one on microservices in MMOs, and one on different ways to generate worlds and their histories.
But more importantly, I got to hang out with my coworkers and get to know them all a bit better. There were quite a few that I hadnāt met in person before, including most of my own team, so that was great. And I got a lot of comments about how Iām taller than people expected, as usual. (1.8m/5ā11")
My partner couldnāt make it this year because they were sick, but theyāve promised to come with me next year and hang out with everyone, so thatāll be great, too. (They donāt work at the same company, but Iāve gotten approval from my manager many times for it by now.)
After we returned on the third day, our friends came over, and we hung out with them. Then, the next day, my partner and I went and hung out with one of my coworkers who was stuck in Sydney for an extra day. Fortunately, after spending over six hours with him yesterday, he didnāt get sick of us, so Iām taking that as a win.
Thatās sounds like a great experience. I like the sound of a program that generates world building.
I love those birds
That is hilarious! I literally was taking a drink of coffee when I read this and this was me ā¦
Sounds like an amazing time!
I was waiting to hear back about how the camping thing went - it sounds amazing! Iām glad you had such a great time and left inspired to do more of what you want, too
