Thank you, all, for helping make this forum homey and welcoming.

I have been enjoying your work. Thank you all!

Thank you @Artemisia, @stephanieanne76, @dan3, @Feathertip, @Amethyst

Safe trip @Artemisia! Enjoy the family get together!

I wrote and delivered cards, today, pulled out the tree, and put up decor around the apartment, and felt eager to do more. Not enough energy right now. It’s hard to breathe, even though my nose is clear. That’s OK. It just means there’s some fun left for another day. Found warnings of recurring illnesses and promptly ignored them, though I think I have the illnesses early this season.

Some of you may remember @john1. He and I have been working on comedy healing for myself. Instead of laughing, I cough, but the resulting exhaustion allows me to sleep and feel positive the next day so I can get some cleaning done.

Albuquerque is expecting our first snow in a couple days. It will probably happen in the wee hours, since expected highs remain in the 50’s. Whatever we get won’t last long, since the ground is still warm out here. Stay safe in winter travel, even if it’s just to get groceries or pay bills.

I’ve been doing some grounding. My bed frame twisted under me, so my mattress is on the floor, now. The frame was rated safe for up to 400 lbs, but didn’t last me a full year, and I’m nowhere near the weight limit. Take caution if buying something new and heavy duty, this year.

Too cool! I definitely remember John and comedy healing is intriguing. Attitude is so important and laughter truly is a great medicine. I have not tried comedy healing as such… I’m going to look into it.

Veterans use something like it - I do have modest experience with that.

I have made to the forum on the same day it was created! That’s a big accomplishment for me! Barely though. We only have 28 minutes left of December 1st.

Congratulations @Feathertip on your 3 week streak!!!

Congratulations @Amethyst @dan3 @Feathertip @georgia @leo and @Mystique on your witch award!

This is my second night of my 70 hour work week, so my week will consist of work and sleep!

@Amethyst keep away from all of those germs!

I hope everyone has a beautiful, magickal week!!!

That’s great! Say hi to @john1 for us! And I’m glad you were able to get a bit done at the least! Take care of yourself though! I’ve heard the latest version of Covid hits your sinuses badly and turns into pneumonia easily.

I have two cans of Lysol! Those germs don’t stand a chance! Thinking about doing a magical chant to increase the healing, but what rhymes well with Lysol?

@georgia - Thank you - and thanks for the laugh!

You’ve been busy! Take your own advice and remember self-care during the holidays. Rest is good!

@Ostara - Thank you for the kind words. Your schedule is brutal! I know you’ll like these paychecks, just find your bed or the couch and rest when you can. Take care, sweetie. :hugs:

I asked Co-Pilot for a magical healing chant including the word Lysol. It didn’t put it at the end of a sentence, so it didn’t have to rhyme anything with it, but here you go:

Magical Chant for Healing

Infused with the Power of Lysol

Healing Chant

Spirits of wellness, gather near,

Clear the air and wipe all fear.

By light and breeze, let troubles fall,

With Lysol’s cleansing, heal us all.

Restore and renew, let health awake,

Purify every step we take.

From earth and sky, from sea to sand,

Healing flows at our command.

Lysol’s strength, bright and true,

Shield and soothe in all we do.

So mote it be, let spirits sing,

Lysol’s touch, let healing bring.

@Feathertip
No no no thank you!
@dan3
I never lived around the snow but it sure does look peaceful because nobody is outside and every one is bundled up at home burning Yule logs :wood:!! I know people who been really busy chopping wood just to be ready!
Special thanks to everyone who responded, I’m up tonight gazing at the moon light and stars :sparkles: it was so comforting the way nature pulls you inn and gives you insights! Blessed by the Cold Moon tonight!
Bright blessings!

We had training at work this morning, and my boss mentioned the moon. She said the next time we would have a moon like this will be in the year 2042, or something like that. She was looking at me when she said it. Hmmm, I don’t know if she knows I’m a witch, or if she was thinking I need to look at it tonight because I’m so old I will be dead before the next one! :full_moon:

Ow Ostara, I’ve got to tell you, beautiful soul friend — being this ā€œoldā€ just means you’re wiser! And no way… are you kidding me? The Moon won’t look like this again until 2045? That’s wild! I’m so glad I took time for myself tonight and just allowed myself to be.

It was cold outside, but I didn’t mind. I got to dance in that luminous moonlight, and I even made my moon water. My intention for this cycle is simple: to have faith in myself.

So tell me - what’s so special about this Full Moon in Gemini?

And honestly, from the way you talk, you sound ancient in the best cosmic way. But age is just a number anyway — a healthy 80-year-old can outshine a worn-out 55-year-old any day.

All right, I’m heading to bed… it’s midnight now.

I’m a worn out 58 year old! Good night Jeannie. I think I may just go outside and dance in the moonlight.

Well, I kinda hope it’s the witch thing. LOL!

The snow dampens sound so it really is quiet and peaceful. The cold (it was 0F for a couple of days) and the mess that happens when the snow melts are detractors. We live in the Midwest so we get the extremes of the seasons. It is kinda nice in some ways… and a pill in others. We must like it - we chose this over Florida (lived there several years).

A client passed away on the full moon so I was looking at the moonlight for guidance from my guides for the third eye :eye: and protection! so yes to be honest death doesn’t scare me I really do care about this lifetime but yes we’re timeless but I was just honoring her at that moment! My intuition was right on point!

See the orbit around my friends house? I am seer and I was transmuting my grief into something positive. I listen to nature in in during her cycles. I think that’s powerful! I do hold compassion for her passing it’s a tough process.
I was connecting to Hecate because she is my guardian protecter for me at that moment right before her crossing. She died like at 11 pm and I had a gut feeling, my intuition was right on. She was 89 I spent some time with her body afterwards. I would say it was a powerful full moon experience for this Witch. I’m not sure if I ever want to do this again.Such a Sacred time I would say. Yes your picture was so blissful and I love connecting with nature. I went for a long nature walk with Roscoe ! I might be moving out to Portola, which is towards Reno. So sooner rather than later moving out of here for new beginnings.

If you go walk outside, you could totally be frozen statue !

Yeah you got some tough skin for living there and ancestors too ? California where I am, we don’t have extreme weather here except floods where I live know but I am moving towards Reno ! There will be snow :snowflake: in Portola ! I am looking forward to this adventure!
Thank you for sharing Dan you are indeed a photographer! I did that to for some time! I loved it!

Usually it is just too cold to be comfortable. In January (usually0 it can drop to dangerous levels (-20 F or lower) and that is when precautions are taken.

It is quite a nice mental vacation to have the world slow down and be quiet. I grew up in it so I love it.
