Same. :joy:

I also wrote that to distract from the oracle cards. I did three using my partner’s birthday but there’s something about the first one that I’m just not feeling yet. So I’m going to wait until I figure that one out.

So i didn’t get ro post my ritual from last week, but I wanted to share what I did. I was painting some Christmas gifts and I used that as my ritual. Using candles and incense and being mindful of the colors and correspondences. Appreciated the materials and all you had a hand in making them.

So, I make these. Not just grinches. Flowers, animals, seasonal items. I put them on a garden stake and put beads on them. You can put them outdoors or in a plant inside or flower arrangement, or whatever calls to you!
Edit: he’s not done yet! Gotta paint black and put finishing touches on him!

Happy Tuesday!  :tada:

Congratulations to @starborn and @AIRAM  :tada: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I’ve got another busy week, but I am looking forward to Thursday. My daughter and I are going to a rage room in our area and I  am  ready  :muscle: :anger: I have so much stress and angry energy that I need to get out - so does my child, but she’d never admit it lol - and I’m so ready to go smash some shit!

I mean… you’ve got this…

So, you’re not wrong there! :joy:

I think this is a great alternative to the burnout ritual that was shared here. You took some time to do something you enjoy, something that makes you feel good!

Well, after Thursday, I’ll let you know how it goes! :joy: I’ve seen and heard that rage rituals are amazing, so doing this with my child will be cathartic and healing (hopefully!)

@starborn congratulations :confetti_ball: on the most posts & @AIRAM for the love

@Amethyst I’m glad you had a good appointment overall. I completely understand the muscle aches especially after the shingles vaccine too :people_hugging:

@Artemisia I have to keep checking the emojis new additions too

I had my normal Wednesday appointment yesterday morning. Today… uh… last minute schedule changes for my daughter’s cheer & a bus driver thing  & I honestly don’t remember right now, but it was definitely hectic mid-afternoon to early afternoon

I’m not sure what else I have going on this week… minus cheer practice pickup on Thursday :joy: Tomorrow… ah… I’ll know when it happens at this point.

I’m with Megan- what a beautiful and expressive way to work through burnout! I know he isn’t finished yet here, but your Grinch already looks delightful. What a fun craft! I bet they make amazing gifts too :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Whoa! That sounds like fun- I’ve always wanted to go a rage room to try it out! I don’t know if I’d actually be able to smash any trash, though- my arms are so weak :joy:

Have a blast! Let out all the steam! Go wild!

Hope you’re feeling better today!

Ooh, hope you get to feeling better soon! Some mornings I feel like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. Oil can! LOL!

@Amethyst… well now that is stuck in my head & I’m going to ask my son if he or my husband can find an old oil can  Right now my son is working on a 1941 ride on tractor… he told his girlfriend’s Dad that as long as he can still find parts he has no problem with it… I mean… valid disclaimer for that job :joy:

I fully plan on embracing it :joy: I’m sure I’ll be sore the next day, but I think it’ll be a really great exercise for the both of us. If I can, I hope to get some footage to add to a vlog. I have to see if I can record inside, though. I have to ask!
