Thanks for this i also get aura migraines which i am so scared to get i think i am going to become unconcious from fear when i feel it coming on. I also made one with 8 drops rosemary, 8 drops lavendar and 8 drops peppermint in a roller bottle with olive oil and itnhas amethyst crystals indide and the ball on itnisbalso amethyst. Will add a pic when i get home :blush:

Here is mine. I also wrote down a nice chant for when i use the oil which i put in this newly designed book (just wrote it in pencil ruffly so i can later colour and make beautiful). It is also used for the protection oil i made too.

Don’t worry about it sweetie! I’m the same. I’ll miss something and find it a week or two later and reply. Lately I seem to not be getting all my notifications which is causing me to miss messages. It’s crazy. :woman_shrugging:t2:
