Green Aventurine is probably the best replacement, having similar metaphysical properties. It is known as the stone of opportunity, giving you the energy to leave bad habits behind and find new opportunities for good changes. Aventurine also promotes your confidence, motivation, creativity, and perseverance, which all make it easier to find a new job or push for a promotion. Some even consider it a stone of luck because it has been known to bring fortune when they are carrying or wearing it into places such as casinos.
Some other crystals you could use that cover some of the same intentions:
