You do need to release after your shift. Using the elements is a powerful way to do this as you will be in nature you have Earth, Air, Water, your sticks Wood (would represent Fire) and yourself (essence) the 5th.

Midnight Magic at the Reservoir: Moon in Pisces Release 
Merry Meet everyone!
Tonight was pure magic. On my way home after a long, emotionally heavy shift, I found a quiet reservoir not far from my client’s home. With the Moon in emotional Pisces 
, the intuitive pull of the water and the night sky was deeply moving. I had to stop at the water’s edge to pause, reflect, and do tonight’s Moon meditation and Luna spell to release everything I had been carrying.
Sitting by the stillness of the water under that glowing light, I focused my intention and spoke this spell into the night:
Silver ray across the night,
Cut the shadow, grant me sight.
Clear my path and calm my mind,
Leave all doubt and weight behind.
Grounded deep and standing true,
My strength returns, my spirit new.
By the stillness and the gleam,
Seal my power in this beam.
Leaving the heavy energy behind in the water and letting the Pisces moonlight restore my spirit felt incredible.

Wasn’t awful, just a little draining yesterday. And last night, you could just feel it, the moon pulling it out of me Some of them pictures is from it bouncing off the lake.That’s how bright and powerful you could almost mirror it off the lake couple of pictures 
I took was off of the lake 
of the moon and bounce back. So sit back tonight’s the main event. 
This is a great lesson. We lose ourselves so easily in the busyness of life and forget who we are behind all the stuff we collect. It is refreshing to take time to find ourselves again.

Riverbank Magic: Sturgeon Moon, The Ohio River & Calling Old Spirits 
Merry Meet everyone!
Tonight, I’ve got my seat down by the water at an old spot on the land where I grew up—right along the mighty Ohio River. The Ohio River is literally a part of me; it runs deep in my veins, tied to my roots, my childhood, and the memory of my best friend who passed away. Tonight, under the powerful energy of this Sturgeon Full Moon and partial eclipse, I am calling for his spirit to come join me on these familiar riverbanks once again.
I’ve brought all five elements with me to ground the space, along with some grounding frequency music. But to truly set the atmosphere for an encounter of a lifetime, I’ve lined up a soundtrack steeped in pure mysticism, folklore, and magic:
I am sitting here with the river rolling by, open to whatever and whoever joins me in this circle tonight. I hope the spirit of my best friend—that crazy bastard—comes down to these Ohio River shorelines tonight and howls at the moon with me one more time.

I spent entirely too long trying to get photos of the moon tonight. These are the best I was able to get with my ancient Nikon Cool Pix - sadly none of them were in focus.
They actually are really good. I resonate with them right now as soon as I see them. This is special what I’m seeing ; it’s happening right now as I speak. An hour from now it’s going to get amazing!

Oh wow! Incredible! I just stepped outside again and… nothing…!! There’s a storm coming and the clouds have completely covered the sky where the moon is.
I’m glad I managed to grab some snaps when I did.
By the waters that flow, by the earth at my feet,
By the shadow above where the dark and light meet:
I sever the cords that drain and bind,
I leave all grief and rage behind.
To the ancestors resting, to the spirits passed on,
