I’ve been messing with mostly sleepy teas. But now I wanted to get into morning teas. I found the recipe Brainy Tea here. I didn’t have all the same things so I tweaked it calling mine Brainiac Tea
Equal parts:
Ginkgo Biloba
Gota Kola
Moringa
Lemongrass
1/2 the amount of rosemary (I used all equal part just cause I love rosemary )
Steep 10 ish minutes and add a sweetener if you want. I usually do honey with teas.
