My trip to Egypt

I am back from Egypt. Still not being able to land here. It was so impressive, but also very familiar. I felt guided, saw the right monuments, met the right people, and there were many charming friendly people.
I have been in an Isis temple in the middle of the desert, felt a lot of energy and had a journey in my mind . Other temples of her as well, all with strong energy but that one was very special. I saw the statue of Sekhmet in Karnak and she looked right through me! She was real. Children en little girls connected to me and I felt so much love.
The other side was a lot of poverty. Pushy people who want money for everything. Rubbish in the streets and river. Streets with only sand and rocks. Houses that weren’t finished so they wouldn’t have to pay the full amount of taxes. A lot of corruption, fear for police. A very different world from ours but still I was there. In this and other times
I would like to share some pictures

What an amazing adventure! I’m seconding Amethyst - I’m glad you made wonderful memories and made it back safely  It sounds like you stepped beyond the touristy spots to experience how locals live their day-to-day lives, for better or for worse. I think that takes bravery and an open heart. Thank you for sharing your experiences and the gorgeous pictures too! :sparkles:

Do you think you’d travel back to Egypt again someday?

Blessed be! :sparkling_heart:

Merry Trip and Welcome Back,

What beautiful pictures!!! You had the trip of my dreams!!! I’m 61 (next Wed) and for over 55 years, Egypt has been my Ideal Vacation. I am so glad you were able to go, and even better, feet the spirituality that exists there. Small Question, did you feel any ‘Energy’ difference, since they Ley Lines are there?

My Dream Vacation, I am living through you  Welcome Back….Lady Gene :sagittarius: :magic_wand: :crystal_ball:

I felt a lot of energy in the temples, specially in the temples dedicated to Isis. The Hathor temple was also very special, we could climb in the catacombs underground and there we were alone. Sometimes it takes time to really feel what s there. Around many tourists it s difficult. But if you pay a little extra they mostly give you some extra time for prayer as they say. And I am 61 also.
