I received a lovely Larimar necklace and bracelet set for Christmas. Like how perfect is that? My only issue is the setting is solid and none of the stone touches my skin.
Opinions on effectiveness?

I think you can still feel the vibration of the crystal even if it’s not touching your skin. I could be wrong though. My dog ate some selenite one time and I think he did it because it had such a high vibration he could feel it, and he wasn’t wearing it when he decided to give it a taste.

Metals are conductors of energy. The energy of the stone ought to come right through.

I don’t believe the stone has to be physically touching you to do anything. As long as you keep it around you - in this case, it’s jewelry you’d be wearing - then it will do its job
