New candle any spells come to mind for a 3 wick?

I sometimes use a triple wick candle at my Brigid shrine as she is sometimes thought of as a triple Goddess; poet, healer and smith.

I love @peter3’s idea of using it for a Triple Goddess- it would work wonderfully as an offering or meditation candle for a deity associated with threes/triplicity

Alternatively, you could set a “timer” on a spell and ask it to manifest within three days/weeks/years. Three wicks brings the energy of three into the spell- you can direct it however you wish!
