I just centered myself and opened a page when I felt like I was ready. They are on point with what I’ve been going through! After my readings I choose a couple pages from the book to top it off. Sorry @Francisco im not writing in my new book 
something about hard covers I can’t touch them.

LOL you should see my books. I underline and write on the side of every page! 
but I’m trying to stop doing the dog ears!

Oh I still do the dog ears tho! But I try not too with hard covers.
