Day 11 (I missed yesterday)

What routines or habits actually support my well-being?

The Fern Whisperer - Growth

Keywords: Growth over time, Gentle expansion, Patience, Renewal, Inner tending, Quiet strength, Becoming, Trusting the process

The Fern Whisperer appears when growth is happening beneath the surface. This card reminds you that not all progress is loud or fast. What you are nurturing is unfolding exactly as it should, one tender curl at a time. Trust slow, steady becoming.

Faerie Lore: In the old forest paths where sunlight filters like a blessing, the Fern Whisperer tends the spiral hearts of the earth. She listens to the language of unfurling fronds, a speech spoken only by things still becoming. It is said she visits those who feel impatient with their own growth, placing a fern curl in their palm to remind them that strength begins folded inward. The Fern Whisperer does not rush life forward. She hums softly, and under her watch, roots deepen, wounds green over, and futures quietly take shape. To meet her is to learn that growth is not a race, but a remembering of how to open.

My thoughts:

I’ve drawn this card before for different questions and I love it. In this case I believe it’s telling me that the routines and habits that support my well-being are the ones that allow my inner wisdom and spiritual growth to just happen at their natural pace, without trying to rush anything.

Drawing for mood - Getting some emotional reading from Tarot and Lenormand today.

Deck: Stained Glass

Poseidon’s Wave

(From manual)
Meaning: Poseidon’s wave rises and crashes, symbolizing emotional tides and transformative change. This card calls you to ride the waves rather than resist them.
Upright: Flow · Emotional release · Change · Adaptability
Reversed: Resistance · Emotional overwhelm · Fear of change · Suppression
Shadow Insight: What you resist only grows stronger, like the tide held back.

Shoot… this is the same vibe that I got from my other draws today. Time to take a bit of time and settle down.

Day 13 (once again, I missed a day) What does emotional safety look like in my relationships?

I drew Wind Dancer - Freedom

Keywords: Liberation, Movement, Breath of Life, Joy, Release, Expansion, Trusting the Leap, Unbound Spirit

Wind Dancer arrives when your spirit is ready to move without permission. This card speaks of freedom reclaimed, momentum regained, and the lightness that comes from letting go of what weighs you down. It invites you to follow the pull of joy, even if the path is still forming beneath your feet.

Faerie Lore: It is said the Wind Dancers were born in the first exhale of the sky, when clouds learned how to drift and not cling. They do not live in one place, nor do they answer to walls, rules, or gravity’s quiet demands. When a Wind Dancer appears, she brings the blessing of breath returned to the lungs and laughter returned to the soul. She teaches that freedom does not escape, but alignment with the invisible currents that already know where you are meant to go. Those who hear her ribbons sing are reminded that the sky has always been wide enough to hold them.

My Thoughts: the most important relationship in my life is my relationship with my husband.

Emotional safety in my relationship with him means that, from the very beginning, I have been able to tell him deep truths about my hopes and dreams, my fears and worries and he has been accepting and loving in every instance.

When I decided to choose my witchcraft path, I had no hesitation in telling him about it and he has truly embraced my path and continues to support my choices.

Every time I draw this card it scares me!

31. Stone Sentinel — Protection Keywords: Protection, Boundaries, Stability, Guardianship, Ancestral Strength, Vigilance, Endurance, Sacred Space, Resilience, Earth Magic Stone Sentinel — Protection appears when your boundaries are being reinforced, not tested. This card speaks of steady guardianship rather than forceful defense. You are held, watched over, and supported by ancient strength. Stand firm. What is meant for you will pass the gate. What is not will fall away. Faerie Lore: It is said the Stone Sentinels were born when the forest learned fear for the first time. Carved not by hands but by intention, they rose where roots met bedrock and vows were sworn in silence. Moss grew upon them as a blessing, runes awakened as memory, and time itself learned to walk around them. The Sentinel does not chase danger; it waits. It knows that true protection is patient, unwavering, and deeply discerning. When you draw this card, the old guardians are near, reminding you that safety is not weakness. It is sacred architecture, built stone by stone, promise by promise, until nothing untrue may pass. —

Instead of trusting other people to keep me protected, I need to trust in the Universe that I’m safe and protected. I have a lot of strong ancestors on my side!

Keywords: Creative spark, playful inspiration, experimentation, joyful making, trial and error, passion projects, curiosity, inner fire

Emberling appears when creativity wants movement, not perfection. This card invites you to play, tinker, and follow what lights you up without worrying about outcomes. Small sparks grow into powerful fires when you give them space to dance.

I’m realizing that some of the things I’ve been quietly waiting for from others, are things I’m meant to give to myself. Encouragement, permission, the spark to begin. There is a fire in me that doesn’t actually need to be lit by anyone else, it just needs my attention, my willingness, my first small step. I don’t need perfect conditions to create something meaningful. I don’t need to be chosen or validated before I begin. I am the one who builds the fire, the one who feeds it, the one who brings my ideas into form. Even if I start small, even if it’s messy, it still counts.

Day 14: Where am I asking others to give me what I need to build within myself?

Web of Thorns - Boundaries

Keywords: Protection, Sacred limits, Self-respect, Discernment, Calm strength, Energetic sovereignty, Choosing what may enter

Web of Thorns teaches that boundaries are not walls of fear but living structures of wisdom. This card appears when you are being asked to protect your time, energy, and heart with intention rather than apology. Strength does not shout here. It weaves. What is meant for you will pass through unharmed; what is not will learn where it ends.

Faerie Lore: Among the deep-rooted fae, there is a saying whispered beneath violet leaves: a thorned web is kinder than a shattered wing. Long ago, the Thorn weavers learned that constant openness left their realms vulnerable to grief and theft. So, they spun circles of living bramble threaded with moon-silver, not to trap, but to define. These webs shimmered with quiet power, responding only to those who approached in respect. The fairies who mastered this craft became guardians of thresholds, keepers of yes and no, teaching that true harmony arises when one honors their own edges. To weave a thorned web is to declare sovereignty without cruelty and peace without surrender.

My thoughts:

Amazing how this card shows up now. Many of my recent tarot readings have been about setting boundaries and reclaiming my sovereignty.

So this card showing up here isn’t really telling me what I *need* to do. I’m already doing it. I’m already building those boundaries within myself, thanks to the recent work I have been doing. I’m setting the limits on what is acceptable and welcome in my life and what is not.

Keywords: Cleansing, emotional release, renewal, sacred waters, purification, letting go, lunar healing, gentle transformation.

The Luminous Tide Fair Folk are said to rise only under the full moon, when the ocean itself glows with memory and mercy. They do not erase pain. They illuminate it, wrapping old sorrows in moonlight until they loosen and dissolve. These fairies teach that water remembers, but it also forgives. When one appears, she invites you to step into the surf of your own emotions, trusting that what is heavy will be lifted, what is tangled will soften, and what is ready to leave will drift away on silver waves. To resist the tide is to cling to weight. To enter it is to be remade, radiant and lighter than before.

I’m beginning to see that the reason I struggle to prioritize myself, is tied to beliefs I have carried all my life bestowed upon me by other people. Somewhere along the way, I was taught that my needs could wait. That being there for others mattered more than being there for myself. That rest had to be earned. That taking up space might be too much. But lately, something has been shifting. I feel it like a wave moving through me, gently, but powerfully, washing away what was never truly mine to hold.

I am allowed to have needs. I am allowed to honor them. I am allowed to choose myself without guilt. Letting go doesn’t make me selfish, it makes me whole. I don’t have to carry outdated beliefs into this next version of myself. I can release them. I can soften. I can begin again. And as I do, I return to myself, clearer, lighter, and finally willing to take up the space I deserve.
