June 2026

June stands at a fascinating place in the Court’s cycle.

The seeds have sprouted. The blooms have begun to open. The world is bright and alive. Yet the Court asks a surprising question:

Now that you have grown, how will you carry it?

June is not about more. It is about balance. Choice. Discernment. It is about learning that wisdom is not found in extremes, but in relationship.

Let’s open the next chamber…

The Court of Light and Shadow :sun: :astrology_moon:

This deck is a mirror and a lantern.

It reminds you that growth does not come only from comfort, and healing does not require perfection. The Court teaches that we are allowed to be in process. To grieve and bloom in the same breath. To be fierce and tender without apology.

Each card stands as a member of a living court. Light and Shadow are not enemies here. They are co-rulers.

This is a deck for reflection, not prediction. For conversation, not command. For sitting with what is, instead of forcing what should be.

A Yearly Oracle Practice

Each month of the year carries:

  • A guiding theme

  • A daily question for every day of the month

  • A monthly affirmation

  • A ritual aligned with the New Moon and any seasonal or sabbat energies

Rather than rushing through the month, we walk with it slowly. One card a day. One question at a time. Each month becomes a chapter, each year a deeper conversation.

At the start of every month, we return to the Oracle together to open the next theme, explore its questions, and align our ritual work with the turning of the Wheel.

:balance_scale: JUNE — BALANCE & CHOICE

Court Theme: Holding opposites with grace
Seasonal Tone: Clarity, discernment, equilibrium
Energetic Focus: Decisions, harmony, integration, conscious choice

June arrives beneath the light of the approaching Summer Solstice. The days are long, the sun stands high, and the Court invites us to examine what is illuminated.

Balance is not perfection.

Balance is a living conversation between work and rest, giving and receiving, action and reflection, self and community.

The Court reminds us that every choice is a spell. Every yes creates a no. Every no protects a deeper yes.

This month asks us to choose consciously.

:sparkles: June Affirmation

I trust myself to choose with wisdom and clarity.
I honor both light and shadow, action and rest.
Balance is not perfection—it is presence.
I create harmony through conscious choice.

Day 1: Where in my life am I seeking balance, and what does balance actually mean to me?

Mirror of Crows - Shadow Vision

Keywords: Shadow sight | Inner truth | Uncomfortable wisdom | Ancestral memory | Discernment | Seeing without illusion | Watchers | The honest reflection

I’m seeking balance between who I’m becoming and the patterns I’ve outgrown. Balance, for me, means staying loyal to my inner truth instead of shrinking or over-accommodating to keep the peace.

(Note: I had IA sort through my garbled thoughts on this, to come up with something coherent)

Where in my life am I seeking balance, and what does balance actually mean to me?

Keywords: Renewal, fresh starts, resilience, cleansing, rebirth, gentle strength, hope, adaptability, awakening potential

This card speaks of beginnings that arrive quietly but powerfully. The Spirit of Birch reminds you that even after hardship, life knows how to start again. Growth does not need permission. It simply unfolds when the time is right.

I’m realizing that balance doesn’t mean having everything figured out or keeping every part of my life perfectly organized. For me, balance means creating enough space to breathe, heal, and grow without constantly pushing myself. I’ve spent so much time measuring myself against old expectations and old versions of who I thought I should be. But life doesn’t have to be forced. Like the birch tree, I can begin again after difficult seasons and trust that new growth will arrive when it’s ready. This month, I choose to trust the quiet beginnings unfolding within me and remember that every fresh start begins with one single step forward.

Day 3: What part of my life is asking for greater attention?

Spirit of Birch — New Beginnings

Keywords: Renewal | fresh starts | resilience | cleansing | rebirth | gentle

strength | hope | adaptability | awakening potential

This card speaks of beginnings that arrive quietly but powerfully. The Spirit of Birch reminds you that even after hardship, life knows how to start again. Growth does not need permission. It simply unfolds when the time is right.

Faerie Lore: In the oldest forests, it is said the birch was the first tree to return after fire or frost, and from its pale bark stepped the Spirit of Birch at dawn. She emerges slowly, peeling herself from the living trunk as new leaves unfurl around her, carrying the memory of winter but not its weight. Fair folk believe she appears when a soul is ready to begin again, not with force, but with tenderness. Her magic is subtle. A whispered yes. A cleared path. A reminder that starting over does not erase the past, it honors survival. Wherever birch grows, hope has already decided to stay.

My thoughts:

Since this card is about awakening potential and new beginnings, I think she is telling me to pay attention to the inner space where I’m beginning to soften, where I’m letting myself feel more alive, more expressive, more self‑trusting. I’ve been doing a lot of work recently with tarot and oracle reflections, and there has been lot of inner growth. I need to notice that and give myself credit for it.

Keywords: Duality, persona, secrecy, self-protection, inner truth, performance

You may be concealing parts of yourself for protection, survival, or timing. This card invites you to gently examine where you are performing versus where you are being authentic. Not all masks must be removed at once, but awareness of them brings you closer to self-truth.

Lately, I’ve been wondering whether some of the roles I’ve carried for so long still fit the person I’m becoming. I’ve spent years being strong, pushing through challenges, and showing the parts of myself that felt safe for others to see. But beneath those familiar layers, there are quieter truths asking for my attention. There are feelings I’ve minimized, needs I’ve postponed, and parts of myself I’ve kept hidden because they felt too vulnerable or uncertain. Today, I’m being reminded that I don’t have to reveal everything at once, nor do I need to force myself into complete transformation overnight. I simply need to be honest with myself. The more I acknowledge what is real within me, the closer I come to living authentically. My hidden self isn’t demanding to be seen by everyone, it is simply asking to be seen by me. And perhaps that’s where true healing begins.

Keywords: Passion, creative fire, vitality, desire, courage, inspiration, inner spark, embodied joy, sacred heat.

This card ignites what has gone dormant. Flame Heart Sylph calls you back into your body, your creativity, and your longing for life. It signals a time to act from desire rather than obligation, to let enthusiasm guide your choices, and to trust the wisdom of what makes you feel vividly alive.

Lately, I’ve been trying to control things that may not actually need controlling. I’ve been looking for certainty before taking a step, trying to predict outcomes, and waiting until I feel completely ready. But today I’m being reminded that some things aren’t meant to be managed, they’re meant to be trusted. The passions that keep calling to me, the ideas that spark my curiosity, the creative dream that refuse to disappear, all carry their own wisdom. I don’t need to justify everything that brings me joy or know exactly where it will lead. I can trust what makes me feel alive. I can allow myself to follow inspiration without demanding guarantees. Not every path needs a detailed map before I begin walking it. Sometimes the next step reveals itself through movement, enthusiasm, and desire. I choose to trust my inner fire! I choose to believe that what lights me up is not a distraction from my path, it may actually be showing me the way forward!

Day 5: What does harmony feel like in my body.

Circle of Kindred Souls - Connection

Keywords: Belonging | soul family | mutual support | shared magic | harmony | chosen kin | unity | trust | resonance | collective joy

This card speaks of heartfelt connection. You are not meant to walk alone right now. Support flows both ways, and shared intention multiplies strength. When kindred spirits gather, something luminous is born.

Faerie Lore: Among the fair folk, the Circle of Kindred Souls is not formed lightly. It appears only when hearts beat in quiet agreement and no one seeks to stand above another. The fae say the glow at the circle’s center is not spell craft at all, but recognition. Each fairy brings a fragment of light carried since birth, and when their hands meet, those fragments remember one another. The forest listens when such circles form, because vows spoken in unity ripple farther than any solitary wish. To be welcomed into this circle is to be seen, held, and woven into a living constellation of belonging.

My Thoughts:

What a perfect card for this question. It really says it all. Every one of those keywords explains how harmony feels in my body.

Day 9: What am I saying no to that deserves consideration?

Tide Weaver - Emotional Flow

Keywords: Keywords: Emotional intelligence, surrender, rhythmic change, intuition, healing waters, adaptability, release, inner tides

The Tide Weaver invites you to stop bracing against your feelings and let them move. Emotions are not obstacles here but currents. When you allow them to ebb and surge naturally, clarity returns and balance restores itself.

Faerie Lore: It is said the Tide Weaver was born where moonlight first learned to dance upon the sea. She listens to the hush beneath crashing waves and teaches that no feeling arrives without purpose. The fae whisper that when hearts grow heavy or waters turn restless, she steps ashore unseen, braiding grief into gentler currents and joy into shimmering ripples. Those who draw her card are being reminded that the ocean never apologizes for its tides. Neither should you. To feel deeply is not to drown, but to remember how to float

My thoughts:

This card seems to be telling me that it’s okay for me to have feelings and emotions. I don’t have to keep them in check all the time, or completely ignore them. I should allow my feelings and emotions to come and go as they will and clarity will return in its own time.
