Ohhhh those are some great tips, @Amethyst! :heart_eyes: It can be pretty sad when you’ve spent a long time carving a piece of art only to have it slowly disintegrate :sweat_smile: Although, perhaps that makes you appreciate it more while it lasts! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

The tip about fake candles is a really good one- it stops the pumpkin from essentially cooking while lit, and it also means more candles for spellwork lol! :joy:

You’re welcome! It makes sense to keep it dry but I never thought about spraying it down with bleach water. Glad you liked the tips!

For the last few years, I’ve been spraying my pumpkins with Lysol to delay mold growth. Last year, it didn’t seem to delay it that long. Probably because we were warm until Halloween.

Should have kept it in the fridge overnight. LOL. Like people have the room for a pumpkin in their fridges.
