I noticed these ingredients seem to be more inviting positive energy vs warding off negative.
Was going to add an iron nail and some rue to it. Is this way off or should I follow a different recipe all together? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Totally new to this.
Just from quickly looking at the spell and ingredients, it seems to be more of a spiritual protection and connection bottle rather than a spell bottle for protection against harm and negativity, if that makes sense.

I think if you wanted to make this recipe more about physical protection and waring off negativity then I would switch the recipe up a bit and go with more ingredients such as rosemary, the iron nail, and rue. I don’t think it’s a bad idea to ward against the negative while inviting in the positive at the same time, though! As long as your intent and energy is clearly directed and focused then that shouldn’t be an issue, in my opinion.
It is less for spiritual connection or a specific banishment and more for general physical and spiritual protection.
Any specific recipes/rituals in that direction? I had heard thorns, nails and unwelcoming play Allie’s were the way to go, but in an brand new to it all.
@faith5 u can always tweak any recipe to fit your needs. Alot of the recipes are base lines, just a place for u to start. Your own research will be needed to understand what u are making. Also to know any allergies to the herbs or oils.
Thank you, all!
I appreciate it. And sorry for the typos earlier. I think I need to write in the forum on desktop only, my phone screen makes editing tough.
