It sounds like you had a lovely meditation and protection ritual, Carrie- adding in my prayers, I also hope your lovely spellwork helps to ease the situation at your work! 
No worries at all! The ritual runs every Thursday, and it sounds like you had a serious situation that definitely takes priority. Your patient is very blessed to be in your loving care- she is in good hands!
