Saw this on Facebook and it seems just so easy, don’t know why I didn’t think of it myself.
She used a plunger and nautical rope to make these adorable witch brooms.

I’m pretty sure they are glued on. There seem to be a lot of videos on YouTube, and blog pages on how to make them.
