Reversal work is a very powerful type of magick.
It takes your full concentration and uninterrupted focus to carry out a reversal spell. So only perform this spell when you can dedicate your undivided attention!
The goal of a reversal ritual is to “turn the tables” on your “enemy”, causing any damage intended for you to wind up back on them instead.
It’s not necessary to know the name of the person who has hexed/harmed you but knowing the person’s identity does help to make the reversal ritual more powerful.
Plan to perform this ritual on the first night of the waxing moon.
During the waxing moon, it’s an ideal phase for sympathetic magick around growth. Sympathetic magick means magick that works through symbolic resemblance.
Set up a black cloth on your altar or other sacred space.
Place a Blue Evil Eye (The evil eye is a talisman that is meant to protect you.) and Hamsa Hand (recognized and used as a sign of protection) on the cloth.
Set a small mirror next to the Hamsa.
Next, if the ‘target’ is known, inscribe his or her name onto a black candle. If the person is unknown, inscribe the phrase “All harmful energy & thoughts return to their source” onto the candle.
Light the candle and place it on the mirror, focusing your intention on reflecting the negative energy back to the source.
As the candle burns, recite the following:
For all the evil that you have done to me, [Name], may all your evil go back to you! May the hurt you have caused me now hurt only YOU! May the pain you have caused me now be a pain unto YOU. May the lies you have told on me now become lies that are told about YOU.
May the loss you have caused me to suffer now become a loss to YOU. May all the joy I have been denied by the evil workings of [Name/or say ‘Source’] now come to ME. May all the friends I have lost due to the lies of [Name/or say ‘Source’] now come back to ME. May the sleep I lost worrying over the gossiping tongue of [Name/or say ‘Source’] now be restored to ME.
May the things I lost due to the curses of [Name/or say ‘Source’] now be MINE.
Allow the candle to burn out on its own. Once cooled, toss it far off the property. DO NOT toss it in your trash or bury it on your property. It needs to go FAR AWAY.
Put the other items away. Don’t be a messy witch. 
Reversing the effects of a spiritual attack may take time. Be patient and repeat the spells as needed.
After some time has passed. If you feel you are still suffering from a hex or curse, it may be time to contact a powerful root worker.
