Reverse polarity

Anyone have any suggestions on effective ways to reverse reversed polarity? I have been living this way for awhile. I’m not sure how, perhaps some significant trauma and bad luck, however nothing I’ve tried seems to work. And I’ve tried quite a bit. Thanks guys.

In order to help me better understand, can you explain what you mean by reverse polarity? Knowing more about what you mean will help me figure out what guidance to provide.

Of course. So basically the reverse happens to me. My energy flows backwards. Misaligned. I’ve done a bunch of chakra work. I even had a fellow witch tell me to take a bath and touch my skin to the faucet while pouring salt over me and praying. That was supposed to turn things back around. Example: Everything I want or try to do, the opposite happens. 100% of the time. Surprisingly, google has a definition for this (I was surprised by its accuracy haha). When I want to manifest good, bad happens. I feel constant and chronic fatigue also. It’s more than bad luck. It’s living in a state of constant stress and anxiety and worry. I make a move to expressly NOT do something, and the exact thing I was trying to avoid happens. But this is with every little thing in my life. I wish I was more articulate. Haha. But basically I live in opposite world all day everyday. I hope that helps some. It’s difficult to explain. Thank you so much for taking the time for this. I will accept any suggestions. It’s so frustrating living like this. Everything I intend, the opposite happens. Everything I don’t want to happen, happens. I just feel so stuck and so frustrated.

It may be your thought process. Could it be that you consistently think about things as, I don’t want such and such to happen? If you are doing this, instead of thinking, This is what I want, or taking it a step further, visualing your desired outcome as though it has already been achieved, you are virtually inviting the negative outcome.Try to experience the feelings you would have once things work out the way you want. Feel those emotions now. Never say what you don’t want, because the universe doesn’t hear the don’t part.

Hello @CryzVee22,

I’m sorry you’re going through this - stress and anxiety are no fun. I know they take a heavy toll on the body and mind. It sounds like you’re exploring ways to fix whatever is happening, so I’m sure you’ll eventually find a way to remedy the issue!

Forgive me for asking, but as someone who deals with fatigue related to mundane health issues - have you considered any health situations that may be causing at least some of the fatigue? I’m of the school of thought that spiritual and mundane issues can intertwine and I’ve found it can be helpful to consider (and potentially treat) things from both aspects - mundane and magickal in harmony. Just one thought on the table!

I’m seconding Shari’s thought that, at this point, it’s possible that the issue has become a self-fulfilling prophecy in a way. Our thoughts have astounding power, and when we fully accept and believe an outcome it can make it manifest, even when it otherwise wouldn’t have come to be.

Whatever originally caused things to turn sour may or may not still be in play, but if this mindset isn’t revoked then it’s going to be very hard to break out of the cycle. I’d recommend starting with mindset work and seeing how things go from there!

On that note, one possible way to break free from accepting negative outcomes before they happen is to practice Zen Buddhist exercises. In Zen, there is a focus on freeing the mind from preconceived notions and finding ways to be at peace with our thoughts. You might look into Zen meditations and breathing exercises. I really like the book called Idiot’s Guide to Mindfulness by Domyo Sater Burk. I like how it explores Zen concepts in ways that are approachable for those new to meditation.

Anyways, just some ideas you might consider. I hope you can get to the bottom of what is going on and get it fixed! Wishing you good luck.

Blessed be! :sparkles:

I appreciate your thoughts. I spend quite a lot of time in meditation, but I haven’t tried Zen. So that’s something I will look into for sure!

Yes, there are other health issues I’m dealing with causing the fatigue, however I was experiencing it already when those conditions set in. It’s definitely a combination of both!

Thank you for your advice. I will mix it into the solution haha. I’m doing everything I can think of. I’ve reached a breaking point where something’s got to give, you know?

I appreciate everyone here. Thank you!

There is a Disney film which was banned, so of course, I had to find out why and watch it for myself: Song of the South. In it, one of the lessons taught was to “think with your head, not with your foots.” A tale was told to illustrate the lesson. Brer Rabbit was caught by Brer Fox, who thought it would be good to do the worst possible to his prey. Brer Rabbit thought about it, and relented to his situation, telling his captor, “Whatever you do, don’t throw me in that briar patch. The thorns would tear me to bits.” Of course, Brer Fox threw Brer Rabbit into the briars, not realizing Brer Rabbit grew up in briars: he knew how to get through the patch without getting hurt, and thus escaped his captor.

Could this attitude help you? It may be temporary, but may also help you get through your situation. Basically, tell the spells not to do good things as though you are afraid of the good that may happen.

Hahaha that sounds familiar to me. Like I’ve seen it. But no, I don’t think negatively. As a matter of fact if you ask anyone who’s ever known me, they will tell you I am the most positive, upbeat person they know! Which is why I have no understanding why these things happen to me so consistently. I wake up each day with a good attitude and positive outlook. I preform good deeds every chance I get and am generous to a fault. Reverse polarity is a real thing, I just need to figure out how to uhhhh, reverse it . Thank you guys for trying!!! I’ll get through it .

Merry Evening CryzVee,

Have you considered a “generational curse”? I have one, at least 4 generations deep. I can feel you when it comes to everything opposite. I’m not opposite, but just a little out of normal range (medically) for everything. Ex. I go to a new Dr. they call me back in a panic, that I have to come back immediately for a BP check, it was too high. So, I asked what the #s were and she told me. Then I laughed. I said that’s normal for me, to let it go. Likewise, my body temperature is low, my heart rate is low, like you I have had constant fatigue ever since I can remember, before 5 yrs old. Ha, Ha….funny note. When I get really upset (not yelling, kind of an inside mad), when I go under street lights, whether walking or in a vehicle, the lights will zap out. Me an electronics do not get along when I am having some type of anxiety issue. So, maybe for whatever reason, you are made differently. “Normal” is based on percentages. Maybe your range is out of the normal. Question—do you ever have any premonitions, or gut feelings when you decide to do something? Just something to think about. I really do not have much help, except maybe shadow work. So, sorry, I cannot be of much help.

Merry Part, and I hope you can find an answer. Lady Gene :divination_crystal_ball: :magic_wand: :sagittarius:

I am in love with this feedback. I 100% have a gerational curse. According to my spirit guides it was placed by another witch centuroes ago. Removing something that deep is beyond my skill. I have some plans though. And yes, I have some of the same ailments. My tolerance to everything is insanely high. My blood pressure and heart rate are very low. I freak out medical staff also sometimes . We have much in common. Thank you for your assessment.

I know the feeling and I’m sending positive vibes your way. Here come the virtual hugs! :people_hugging:

It sounds like Lady Gene’s idea of the generational curse hit home. If that’s what’s causing it, I hope you’re able to break the curse and cut yourself free! You may have already come across it, but if not, this curse guide may have some ideas or tips you could try:

Wishing you all the best @CryzVee22. Good luck and blessed be! :candle:
