Rich Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
6 cups milk
1 (14 ounces) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1
Combine milk, condensed milk, chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook on Low, stirring occasionally until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth for about 2 hours.

Interesting touch with the canned milk (and the whipping cream too)- this hot chocolate must truly be luxurious!

We just made our first batch of the season the other day- with a hearty helping of whipped cream on top, a sprinkle of shredded chocolate, and a little ginger bread man to decorate. It really feels like the winter season with a good cuppa hot cocoa!

I want to try this one because it sounds soo good, but I don’t have a crockpot. Mine broke. I may have to try it on the stovetop and cook it for a while. It sounds so decadent! Anyhow, glad you liked the recipe! And I’m glad your batch of cocoa came out well!
