Roasted Carrots: FAQs

Can I use regular carrots?

Yes! If you can’t find rainbow carrots, regular orange carrots will do. But if you can find these colorful gems, they really are something to look at on the table.

Any other nut I can use?

Slivered almonds would be really good!

Can I substitute another herb for cilantro?

Sure! Try freshly chopped parsley on top.
