One is your basic blessing, one is for protection, honoring the ancestors and one for abundance.
I do not measure these ingredients. I use my intuition and I always thank the plant spirit I am working with. Always, always, always have respect and gratitude!

I’m looking for a small electric simmer pot to use but haven’t found what I’m looking for yet.
I just dont feel comfortable leaving one simmering on the stovetop.
