Seeking Guidance on Interpreting Meditation Messages

Hi everyone,
I’ve been practicing my clairvoyance more regularly and have been meditating more frequently as part of my spiritual growth. Lately, I’ve been receiving stronger and clearer messages during my sessions. Some of them I can interpret with ease, but others leave me completely puzzled.

For example, during today’s meditation, I clearly saw a hand writing down loads of math equations—something that holds no personal meaning for me. The more I reflect on it, the more it seems unrelated to anything in my life.

I’m wondering if anyone here has advice on how to interpret or make sense of these types of messages. Are there specific techniques, books, or resources that have helped you? Is it possible that some messages are symbolic rather than literal, or could they be random fragments with no deeper meaning?

I’d love to hear how you all approach interpreting confusing or abstract messages. Thanks so much for any insights or tips you can share! :herb::sparkles:

Do you have a dream dictionary? Such a guide is helpful.

When I requested the spiritual meaning of math equasions on Bing, this is what it came up with:

" Cause and effect, balance, unity, and harmony

In the spiritual realm, mathematical equations represent cause and effect, balance, unity, and harmony12. They remind us to understand the consequences of our actions and make informed decisions1."

Often. It does help if you can write out your personal experience with symbols when experience is different than the norm. Keep a journal of your visions to help with this.

In my experience, there are rarely random fragments. Sometimes, it takes time for the correlations to show up (another good reason to keep a journal), but they do come through. Hindsight is 20/20 vision. When one is learning, hindsight is also a valuable teacher.

Keep up the good work! You’re doing well.

Nice response, not only for what I quoted but overall.

Meditation can be very powerful and things that come up have always had a basis in my experience. Like dreams, there are always triggers that cause them. They may be difficult to understand but if they are important, they will show again. Essentially, and maybe simplistically, the mind is trying to clear its cache and make room for more. To that extent, I would suggest looking at dream interpretations as a method of understanding meditation experiences. The investigation of causation can be therapeutic in itself.

Hi @amanda75,

As others have said, I grab my notebook (in my phone) and write down absolutely everything I can remember, no matter how weird or ridiculous because one day it will probably make complete sense.

The second thing I do is check for any of those sign/symbols/images in this app, Magic Amulets

It has a fairly large bank of signs and symbols and how they were used to make amulets. If I’m still unsure, I do one of two things, either I let it go, and hope it will be clearer in the next meditation, or I try divindation to get an answer.

As for the hand writing, there could be many meanings! If the equations mean nothing, it could literally be write something, a list, spell or letter to someone or yourself, write an email or check an email, or maybe it means you need to communicate something, possibly with someone who is good at maths, or the solution is in a letter or piece of writing. Random possibilities really!

Hey there thank you for advise and love hearing how other people take the vision. All makes sense my main thing is not over think . I think that’s what I’m learning from this let my mind be free not over think it. I have started writing things journal on my phone and keep refering to them for sure. Thanks for this x

The more significant the thing is, the more it will hang on. That isn’t unusual. I have a few hangups that follow me and a random one will flash into my mind at a weird moment. The idea I try to pursue is to not let it dominate me, acknowledge it, and keep going. Some are very old but I still get them. Some kinda creep me out but also they are sometimes funny. Why I worry about a high school discussion is beyond me but I can recall some things like I suddenly have an eidetic memory (I don’t).

I think I said all that to say we all have ghosts that fly in and pester us in one way or another. The trick is not let the little bastards get the better of us.

That’s such a thoughtful perspective—you’re right, we all have those lingering “ghosts” that sneak up on us unexpectedly. It’s refreshing to hear how you’re handling them by acknowledging their presence but not letting them take over. That kind of awareness and resilience is powerful.

I really appreciate your advice. I’m finding that I’m coming into my own more lately. Today, instead of overthinking, I’ve been listening more to my guides. I even had a laugh with them, which left me feeling lighter and more upbeat. It’s been comforting and encouraging to find them so helpful.

Always remember to laugh when you can. It is the best banishment there is.
