I’m just practicing riki I just put my rose quartz stone on my heart as I lay down and it feels good I wonder what effects should I expect?

Rose quartz is associated with love and is full of caring, heartwarming energy. I would imagine placing a rose quartz on your heart while you meditate or practice energy healing would help with self-love and compassion toward yourself and others.
