Thank you so much for sharing this! It soothes my heart, and reminds me that we’re never alone❤️
Bella will turn 11 tomorrow! She’s our big baby❤️
Arthemise, 44 years old female❤️
Imzygor, 33 years old male❤️
A few tarantulas I have at home. For now, I have 15 tarantulas.
Nora, 1 year old❤️
Sorry for the mess…
There are Olive (5 years old male), Irma (8 years old female), and Rodrigue (1 year old male). He was a stray kitty and we met often outdoor, as I feed stray cats (and everyone outside!). On a cold night, he just decided to enter and since, he never left:heart:
Olive and Irma, like mirror cats
Rodrigue, my ‘’personal panther’’. He decided that we gonna be his family. We are fusional, and he understands so much, I feel his soul is an old one🙏🏻
This is Dumpling (Taiwanese beauty snake). When my son wrote his Master paper at the end of his university studies, he thanks Dumpling for his listening, his help, and his reflexions about the paper’s subject, besides teachers and colleagues❤️
Beautiful pets!!! I would hold the tarantula, but not the snake!

Amazing variety of pets, @isabelle2! They all look healthy and happy, and I love how critters just seem to accept one another like this. ![]()
I’m the opposite - I would love to hold Dumpling (if he allowed it) but I could only admire the tarantulas from afar. ![]()
The pic of the one with long, gray hair, is the hair soft or prickly? I really need to face my squeamishness around spiders and reach out to a tarantula. It would be good so I don’t become like my mother. Too scared of spiders to take care of them on her own, she’d scream for me to kill it. Thus, I do have the blood of spiders past on my hands. When I moved out on my own, I’d catch them in a jar with a thick card under them and take them outside. It still doesn’t absolve me from the screech of memory.
I’d hold Dumpling in a heartbeat. Beautiful snake, so smooth and muscular.
I think I would enjoy visiting your zoo.
@isabelle2 I also have a pet snake (inherited when my son left home years ago). She is a spotted python and we have had her for 26 years. My son got her for his 14th birthday and he turns 40 on the 18th this month. ![]()

Hello, handsome ball of fluff! Welcome.
Welcome beautiful.
Hi there,
This is our beautiful young lady, Neela. She’s a sweet cattle dog border collie that we rescued last year. She had a rough beginning, was taken from a meth lab and had chemical burns over about 1/3 of her body. Poor girl! A hard start but now fully healed and thriving. Her favorite things are fetching the ball, hearing our cats and chickens and chasing squirrels. We love her she’s a doll.
Thanks,
Leo.
Béla is so sweet. I‘m glad to hear that she has healed. So sorry that she had such a bad start.
*Neela -sorry I have a german cell phone-it always changes the spelling behind my back…![]()
Hi Neela. Welcome.
American phones and tablets do that, too.
Muko is very handsome guy!
Quite a family you have there.

Just want to share yet again a new edition to my pet family:
This is Ribbit a green tree frog. I was out the backyard one night inspecting a suspicious noise (neighbours throwing curtain pole and broom stick at our wall), and this little one was sitting on our gate door. I calmly picked him/her up in a container and made a makeshift house. I got all I needed and plan to get a bigger place perhaps a reptile enclosure when I can. So far Ribbit hasn’t take ln the freeze dried crickets but then again they only eat every 2-3 days and prefer life crickets and insects ![]()
Excuse me…they did what?? And why??
He is super cute! I hope he will love his new home and thrive! ![]()
