Ive haf done issues with my store and a certain employee who is stealing. I performed an unmasking spell to help me see the truth. Not only did it ramp up the truth but it revealed her deceit, insubordination, and the root cause of drama.
I told an employee about how I am a witch. He had no problem with it. I casted another spell to protect the energy of the store and befun removing the chaos. It wasnt towards her just the energy. Well, that ramped up her deceit and chaos even more. To be expected. This employee told me how he is trying to figure out why she’s gone off the deep end. I want to share with him that this is a result of the boundary, banishing, and purifying work ive been doing.
Now i know this is all based on how i feel if he’s ready for that. My question is, should I even be considering it?
I would be careful, because you don’t want it to get back to anyone in management that your spellwork may have caused this. It can go anywhere from “fire the witch” to you accusing your workmate of creating a toxic workplace. You don’t want to give them a reason. But if you really trust this person, you can. I just worry.
I trust him but you’re right. Shes being fired tomorrow and will cause a huge scene about it. She’s vindictive, manipulative, and will use whatever ammo she can to attack me. Once she’s gone i will.
My Co manager texted her about how she has been spreading lies and staring drama. It was seething. I told her to remember that everything she texts will be used against her. She deleted it before they had a chance to read it. Thank you!!
Yeah, no need to put a target on your own back. It worked, and she’s out; that’s all. I wouldn’t even go into that much detail with him. I mean, you can trust him now. Can you trust him in a year’s time? Do you know him that well?

I agree with Amethyst which are very wise words indeed. I would definitely keep it to yourself as once you open up in these kind of situations another situation could arise from this employee you were thinking of telling then they will have something over you and might try to destroy your Business. You cannot put the Genie back in the lamp or close Pandoras Box if opened. I would guard myself and my business discreetly.
