I have literally just come back from seeing this i Glasgow
Shen Yun is a show made up of Chinese traditional, folk and ethnic dances. It also tells myths snd stories from Chinese history through story based dance and is backed by a full live orchestra.
The title means the beauty of heavenly beings dancing
It is currently performing all over thr world. If you get the opportunity, I would definitley go and see it. It was truly mesmorising. The movement, the colours and the synchronisation were just incredible.
My 5 yo granddaughter loves ballet! She went to see Cinderella ballet last year. She would absolutely love this! I’m going to have to see if it’s playing in Minnesota somewhere!
I remember them advertising around Warsaw and I’ve seen flyers for shows in the Boston/New York areas too. Sounds like it’s worth seeing- the dancing looks amazing!
